All current members are guaranteed the opportunity to renew at the $70.00 discount price before the Jan 31 deadline. 

It’s that time of year when our land lease restricts access to the RC Field property and NO FLYING is allowed until 12:00pm everyday until January 31st.  Look for signs at the front gate and field kiosk reminding everyone of these winter flying hours.

During the wet winter we ask that everyone be mindful of not driving or parking on the grass.  Please help us keep wheel ruts and mud to a minimum. The gravel parking area is open for parking all year long.

I truly have enjoyed being a part of the FAWs leadership team, participating in the projects & activities of our club, and experiencing it thrive this past decade. 

However... it's time for a change.

Thanks to all that participated in the online vote to ratify the updated Club Bylaws, with a 93% majority approval.  A copy of the vote result, as well as the corresponding membership survey are available for review on the Club Documents section of the website.

The Club RC Field Rules pertaining to the operations and safety at the flying field have been updated to reflect changes to include the recently approved FAA 700 foot altitude increase certification, as well notes on alcohol use at the field, garbage disposal, and verbal conflicts between members.
